Broadband Data Collection

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is in the process of creating a National Broadband Map with more detailed and precise information on the availability of fixed and mobile broadband services. To gather the information necessary to create the map, the FCC is requiring all fixed and mobile broadband providers to semi-annually submit Broadband Availability Data and other information in a Broadband Data Collection (BDC) filing.

What you need to KNOW and DO for the BDC.

The National Broadband Map requires provider data via Broadband Data Collection. Filings are due on March 1 (for data as of December 21) and September 1 (for data as of June 30) each year.
