Mike Carpinelli

Director of Customer Relations

Mike Carpinelli has spent nearly four decades serving the Rural Broadband market – and has never stopped learning. His inherent curiosity has enriched his relationships and experience in telecom electronics solutions, but he takes greatest pride in having worked with communities in some of the most rural pockets of the country.

As part of the Customer Relations team at Vantage Point, Mike continues that work in the East South Central United states: Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Originally drawn to electrical engineering, Mike pivoted early in his career to focus on communicating technical solutions rather than producing them. By all accounts, this unique combination of technical understanding and personable connection has strengthened and benefited the communications industry. In particular Mike is known for his ability to navigate the ‘bigger picture’ for rural providers, using a keen understanding of the many roles they must play as employers, technology providers, and community members.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as additional advanced graduate studies. He and his wife Pam reside in Central Kentucky.
