As a Division Manager for Vantage Point’s Consulting department Steve is experienced in intercarrier compensation, negotiation and arbitration of interconnection agreements, maintenance and revision of tariffs, preparation of cost studies, and regulatory filings before state and federal commissions. Steve has a degree from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Previously, Steve was a Senior Regulatory Consultant at the Michigan Exchange Carriers Association for ten years.
