Vantage Point has administered the New Mexico Universal Service Fund (NMUSF) since March 1, 2018 (previously as GVNW Consulting). The NMUSF was created pursuant to the provisions of the Rural Telecommunications Act NMSA 1978, §63-9H-1, et seq. (2005).

Effective January 1, 2024 and until further notice, the non-exempt per communication connection charge is $1.13, as approved by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission in Case No. 23-00280-UT.
